How to use Colgate Fluorigard
Pour 10 ml of mouth rinse into the cap and swish it around your mouth for 60 seconds, making sure to cover all surfaces of your teeth. Spit out the mouth rinse and avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes to allow the fluoride to work effectively. Use once or twice daily, leaving a gap between brushing your teeth and using the mouthwash to prevent washing fluoride in the remaining toothpaste away.
