Delivery & Shipping information

Please note we currently only ship within the UK any orders placed for delivery outside of the UK will be cancelled.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging usually the same day if ordered before 15:00.

Delivery time

If your order contains a pharmacy only (P) or prescription only medicine (POM) the time of estimate delivery is from the time the item was approved, not from the time of order. Usually items are approved the same day but this may not be the case in certain circumstances.

Any orders placed on the weekend or after 15:00 will be shipped the next working day.

Your order will be updated with a tracking number when we receive it from the royal mail. You can then track your order here.
